Dr. Stephan F. Gohmann is an endowed economics professor at the University of Louisville College of Business with a wealth of experience. He teaches economics courses, including “The Moral Foundations of Capitalism,” and actively engages in community outreach to promote these principles.
His research focuses on health economics, covering topics like health cost analysis, preventive treatments, and health policy. Dr. Gohmann has contributed to various committees and organizations while receiving recognition for his outstanding work, including multiple teaching awards.
He holds degrees from Indiana University and North Carolina State University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Duke University Medical Center.
