Mishita Mehra is an Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of Richmond with research interests in macroeconomics, international economics, and labor. Her recent research focuses on studying the distortions due to current US skilled immigration policies and the impact of skilled immigration policy changes on offshoring and on the welfare of domestic households. She is particularly interested in identifying creative questions related to factor movements and using theoretical macroeconomic tools as well as microdata to study them.
