Before joining CGO, he spent a couple of years as the Head of Global Policy at Boom, a company building supersonic passenger airplanes. Eli previously served as a Senior Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University and Director of its Technology Policy Program. He earned a PhD in Economics from George Mason University.
