João V. Guedes-Neto is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Politics and Economics in the Public Sector in the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV CEPESP). His main area of expertise is intergroup behavior, investigating how people interact in different settings, ranging from political polarization in elections around the world to inter-agency conflicts in public administration.
Prior to that, he was an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at Kean University.
