Bio
Justin C. Wiltshire earned his PhD in Economics from the University of California, Davis, where he studied topics like labor, public policy, and urban economics.
He is currently an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Victoria. He’s also a Doctoral Grantee at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, where he has explored important economic issues through contracts since September 2021.
Justin’s research focuses on labor economics, exploring how things like local industries, job markets, housing costs, demographics, and government policies all connect. He’s dedicated to uncovering how economics shapes our lives and sharing his insights with the world.
