Logan Whitehair
Bio
Logan Whitehair is a Researcher at the Abundance Institute. Previous to this position he was a Emerging Tech Policy Associate at the Center for Growth and Opportunity where he researched technology and innovation policy to support team operations.
Logan graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies emphasizing Economics, Computer Science, and Sociology. He has training in data analytics including econometrics, various statistical methods, and machine learning. As a senior, Logan developed an economic model to understand the relationship between consumer risk and creative destruction within regulatory sandbox environments for the financial technology industry, and he performed a statistical analysis of county-level economic development in the state of West Virginia to better understand the geographic distribution of development in the state. Logan previously interned at The Buckeye Institute where he provided econometric analyses to fellow researchers.
