Morgan Raux
Bio
Morgan Raux is a research scientist at the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Luxembourg.
He works on Labor Economics and the Economics of Migration.
His research focuses on recruitment issues with a micro applied perspective. In his current research, he is using online vacancy data to measure recruitment difficulties and their implications on wages and the recruitment of foreign-born workers. He has also recently studied the environmental cost of the international job market for economists.
Raux has been awarded a CORE research grant by the Luxembourg National Research Fund for his project on “Digitalization, Change In Skills and Firms’ Hiring Difficulties.” In this project, he is investigating the consequences of recruitment difficulties on workers and firms.
