Sarah Oh
Bio
Dr. Sarah Oh Lam serves as a senior fellow at the Technology Policy Institute (TPI). Before joining TPI, she held the position of operations and research director at the Information Economy Project within George Mason School of Law, Arlington, Virginia. She was also a graduate research assistant at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.
During her career, Sarah interned with regulatory bodies overseeing technology markets, such as the Department of Commerce (NTIA), Federal Communications Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission. She has showcased her research at the 39th Telecommunications Policy Research Conference and contributed to publications like the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, among other research endeavors. Her areas of expertise encompass law and economics, regulatory analysis, and technology policy.
Sarah holds a Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University and a J.D. from George Mason School of Law, complemented by a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
