Sebastian Fleitas is an Assistant Professor of economics at the University of Leuven. His research interests are in industrial organization, health economics, public economics and economic history. Specifically, Fleitas is mainly interested in the performance, design and regulation of health care markets.
Sebastian is currently investigating the demand and supply effects of inertia of consumers. He has also worked on understanding the effects on firms and consumers of different aspects of contractual forms, such as different risks sharing schemes or length of contracts.
